How long will my order take?

Custom orders are made to order. Timelines depend on design approval, production method, and order size. We’ll confirm timing once your design is approved.

Can I order a product that isn’t listed on your website?

Yes! If you’re looking for a product that isn’t currently shown on our website, just contact us and we’ll see what we can source for you. We can special order a wide range of custom items including bags, hats, jackets, socks, blankets, and sublimated jerseys etc.

Where are you located?

Prairie Star Athletic Apparel is based in Warman, Saskatchewan, with manufacturing partners in Saskatoon, Calgary, and Ottawa. At this time, we do not offer in-office appointments.

Can you help with design?

Yes. Our in-house designers can create or refine your artwork for an additional fee.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available depending on the product and schedule. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship using trusted carriers. Free shipping is available within Canada on orders over $300 (before fees and taxes). Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

What is your return and refund policy?

Custom apparel is final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.

What artwork or logo files do you need?

High-resolution files work best. SVG or PNG formats are preferred. If you need help, we offer graphic design services. Full details are available on our Design Guidelines page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by product and decoration method. Minimum 10 pieces for DTF/Sublimation and minimum 12 pieces for Embroidery including hats. No minimums of banners, flags and wall prints.

Do you offer team, school, or event stores?

Yes. We can build custom online stores for teams, schools, tournaments, and events. Contact us for more information and timelines!
